Knowledge Transfer in Networks – the Case of Steel Enteprises in Poland

Knowledge is the key element in the development of a company’s competitiveness. This is particularly important in the case of networking, where there is a process of mutual learning between partners. Based on the example of ArcelorMittal Group, the transfer of knowledge within an intra-organizational network was presented.
